Ostseewelle is a private radio station in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania managed by Privatradio Landeswelle Mecklenburg-Vorpommern GmbH & Co. Studiobetriebs KG. It is sent from the broadcasting center at Warnowufer 59 a in Rostock. The nationwide private radio started its program on June 1, 1995.
Today's program consists of a mixture of older and especially current music titles in a Hot AC format. In addition, news from all over the world is broadcast every hour, as well as regional news from Rostock/Rügen, Neubrandenburg and Wismar/Schwerin several times a day every half hour.
