GFM provides an exciting opportunity for local people to develop new skills. Not just presenting, editing and programming, but a whole range of skills including IT, Financial Manangement and Marketing. Volunteers are provided with an induction and training programme supported by the station. GFM actively encourages people from all areas of the community to get involved.
