The universe of Fip... an eclectic music radio, not closing its antenna to any genre or any era: jazz, French chanson, world music, pop-rock, blues, electronic music, classical music, soundtracks for films. Fip broadcasts more than 300 different titles per day and always live. FIP (originally France Inter Paris, but now unrelated to France Inter) is a French radio network created in 1971 on the initiative of radio and television director Roland Dhordain. It is part of the Radio France group. The group's smallest radio network, it is nevertheless the one which, until 2009-2010, provided the main emergency musical thread for the Radio France group, particularly in the event of a breakdown or strike, or even for certain nocturnal antennas.
