Tropical music. The programming that has been designed in the relaunch of WISA 1390 AM is a community one and focused on providing excellent services with community programming, made up of a series of local educational, political, religious and sports programs, focused on the dissemination of knowledge basic, useful for the inhabitants of the community, and as support for the shortcomings of the most common educational systems that the inhabitants of the Northwest of Puerto Rico need.
