Rádio Tropical FM 99.1 was officially inaugurated on June 9, 2005 in Treze Tílias. Called the Brazilian Tyrol, Treze Tílias is the largest Austrian colony in the world outside Austria and a tourist center with an emphasis on culture, wood carving and typical architecture.
