Radio Marija Bistrica is a Catholic radio, founded primarily as a medium for believers and all Bistrica pilgrims with the aim of institutional and cultural promotion of the Shrine of Our Lady of Bistrica and the Municipality of Marija Bistrica. It is financed by the funds of the founders (the Sanctuary of the Mother of God as the majority owner and the Municipality of Marija Bistrica as the owner), own funds and donations.
The program is broadcast on a frequency of 100.4 MHz and covers almost the entire Krapina-Zagorje County, as well as parts of the Zagreb, Varaždin, Bjelovar-Bilogor and Koprivnica-Križevac counties. The program scheme includes informative, religious, entertainment-musical and propaganda programs. From April 1, 2009, RMB broadcasts its program live on the Internet.
