Radio 99.0 FM was founded in 1994 by Gökkuşağı Radyo İletişim Yayıncılık A.Ş. started its publishing life. Continuing its successful broadcasting approach in Tokat, Gökkuşağı Radio shares were acquired by Sinerji Yayın Radyo Ticaret A.Ş. taken over by Radio Sinerji, whose infrastructure and transmitting antenna were completely renewed, started broadcasting on March 9, 2015.
