The inaugural ceremony of Z.Y.H.7, Rádio Presidente Venceslau had satisfactory repercussions throughout Alta Sorocabana. The inauguration took place on November 18, 1946, in the building of the Commercial Association that serves as its headquarters, Rádio Presidente Venceslau. Although the ceremony took place unexpectedly, as the authorization for the said station to officially go on the air arrived that same day, in the morning, a large mass of people attended that place to watch those festivities.
