Radio Universe, who are we? Stemming from the said parallel press of the 70s, also called counter-information, Radio Univers FM was created in 1981, under the name of Radio Chantepleure. Historical radio of the FM band, based in Cuguen (Ille-et-Vilaine), Radio Univers – FM 99.9 – is a non-commercial and non-institutional media. Radio Univers FM is a non-commercial French radio station based in Cuguen, Ille-et-Vilaine, Brittany. Coming from the so-called parallel press of the 70s, also called counter-information, it was created in 1981, in the midst of the free radio movement.
