The station's initial programming was prepared with care by the great radialist Ciades Alves, whose work was provided by Radio Pioneira de Teresina, under the guidance of the famous communicator Joel Silva.
Upon arriving in Luzilandia, Ciades Alves looked to the local youth for the values he needed to train the station's first announcers and audio controllers. Then, the city met its first announcers: Carlos Lima, Euclides Alves, Marcelo Dantas, Hélio Castelo Branco, Vera Alice, Antônio Carlos Caú, among others. the first audio controllers were: Eduardo Fontenele, Adelia, Raimundinha, among others.
