The name Radio Spannenburg was chosen by the employees because the Spannenburg tower is, as it were, the visible central point of the municipality's territory. Moreover, it is a familiar and recognizable beacon for residents, but certainly also for visitors to this area. Symbolically, that is exactly what Radio Spannenburg propagates as a vision: recognizable and visible in its own area.
