Radio Slunj, which broadcasts on frequency 95.2, started working 24 hours a day on April 1. Radio Slunj announced itself immediately after the "Storm" in 1995. At that time, it played a historic role in the return and care of returnees. Due to financial difficulties, the radio was shut down and broadcast again on November 1, 2005. He broadcast from 12:00 to 19:00 every day and became popular among listeners. From April 1, Radio Slunj is expanding its program to 24 hours.
From 8 pm to 7 am there is only music, and the rest of the program is filled with news, music, advertisements, following all events... This local media is of inestimable importance for the people of this region. Director Mr. Tone Butina, together with employees Nikolina and Danijela, strives to ensure that Radio Slunj is present every day in the homes of the Slunj region. On Sundays at 1 p.m., it broadcasts a spiritual show hosted by Fr. Mile Pecic. Let's wish that Radio Slunj continues its precious work in the Slunj region and may it experience a silver and golden jubilee!
