Created in 2002 on the web, authorized on FM in 2008, Principe Actif responds to the absence, on the territory of Ebroïc, of an independent radio with a free tone.
Naturally based in Evreux therefore, Principe Actif concentrates its actions on the territory of the agglomeration but does not hesitate to expatriate itself in other municipalities of the Eure, even beyond the departmental borders if affinities.
