Rádio Primeira Capital Ltda. is a Brazilian radio station, which is located in the city of Oeiras, the first capital, in the State of Piauí, being inaugurated on September 7, 1983, and operates in the AM frequency 830 kHz. generation of AM waves in the municipality of Oeiras, and arose from the need to take to the most distant corners, in real time, local information and news of what was happening around the world. At the end of the 1970s, the majority of the population of the city of Oeiras did not have access to the mass media, for this reason, Juarez Tapety, idealized and managed to acquire the equipment of what would become for many years and until the present day current events, the link that would connect the entire population of the city of Oeiras and the surrounding municipalities, to the most up-to-date information, entertainment and culture.
