The boldness emerged on December 28, 1991, through the entrepreneurial spirit of HélioUrquisa Silvestre, who was already successfully operating in the beverage, transport and law segments. Passionate about his homeland, where “Bom Conselho” was born, the businessman saw the station as a means of publicizing his land, the things of our people.
