Radio Notimil Tulcán, as part of the radio system of the Armed Forces of Ecuador, since August 8, 2007, fulfills the mission of providing cultural and educational radio content that trains, informs and entertains the population in a healthy way; to strengthen national identity, patriotism and raise awareness among citizens about the important work carried out by the Ecuadorian soldier.
