32 May, Kathmandu. Some lawyers have approached the Supreme Court to annul some of the provisions of the 16-point agreement reached by the four parties in Baluwatar, saying that it is against the essence and spirit of the interim constitution.
Acting Registrar Shrikant Paudel of the Supreme Court has dismissed the petition filed by ex-ambassador Vijayakant Karna and Raksharam Harijan, a resident of Kapilvastu, on Friday.
