A few days later it was back on the air, and the impact on the population was such that on September 9, 1985, the public deed of the Associação Cultural e Recreativa Rádio Hertz took place at the notarial office of Tomar. On the same day, the studios are transferred from the Algarvias to the Shopping Centre, a new phase, a new impulse. The last phase of Radio Hertz now at Rua Marquês de Pombal, 30 in Tomar (Next to Ponte Velha). On the historic morning of June 9, 1989, Radio Hertz was operating legally.
