On November 15, 1989, Rádio União do Vale do Aço Ltda was founded, with the trade name: Rádio Eldorado Stéreo, in the frequency of 93.1 mhz, and headquartered at Av. João Valentin pascoal, 427, 1st floor, in the center of Ipatinga. Rádio Eldorado had programming geared towards the upper and lower classes, playing the greatest international and MPB hits.
