A radio that broadcasts programs that promote cultural activities, music groups, events and theater. The Radio Enlace Communication Workshop Cultural Association was formally born on March 7, 1989 promoted by the then existing Platform of Youth Collectives of Hortaleza. The objective of the platform was to coordinate the activities carried out by the young people of the district, which is why the idea of ​​launching their own means of communication was immediately proposed. Initially, the magazine "Enlace" was produced, which appeared monthly for a year. During that period the possibility of changing the magazine for a radio matured. It was the key moment, a few months later the Radio Link Communication Workshop Association was legalized.
