Educativa FM was born on May 7, 1988 under the name “FM Municipal de Piracicaba”. It is the Educational Technologies Service of the Municipal Secretary of Education of the Municipality of Piracicaba/SP/Brazil. Tuned to the 105.9 MHz frequency, Educativa FM has a power of 1000 Watts and transmits to 12 cities, home to around one and a half million inhabitants. Educativa FM produces information, provides services, plays MPB, promotes culture and promotes knowledge with joy and relaxation.
