Radio Ecos Naranjito

In 1963 I met Mr. Homero Montalvo Montero, a native of Alausí; Province of Chimborazo residing in Quito, and working for the National Directorate of Frequencies as secretary, it was this noble friend who was in charge of processing a frequency for Lago Agrio for Radio Ecos del Oriente 1350 KLCS on my behalf (Lic. Leoncio Slim H).
