We have fought hard for the establishment of electronic media FM in Dolpa district. In order to establish a community FM, it is necessary to register a non-profit non-governmental organization. For that reason, some of us from the district together with the first objective of developing the media sector in the district and establishing a local FM among them, registered an organization called Information, Communication and Education Network (Icenet) in the district administration office Dolpa in 2064.
