In the second half of 2009, the evangelical FM Nossa Rádio leaves the frequency migrating to 106.9 MHz. With this change, speculations began about the future of 91.3 FM in São Paulo. Shortly before the end of the year, adult programming begins to be broadcast and the news circulates that there would be a possibility for the Disney Group to acquire a radio station in the capital of São Paulo. The conglomerate has a minority stake in the radio in partnership with the Brazilian company Radio Holding LTDA. With this acquisition, this becomes the largest investment by the foreign group in Brazil.
