The ICER Broadcasting Network. The Maleku Cultural Radio was born in 1973 due to the concern of Mr. Albino Solano. In the beginning, Don Albino used two short-wave radios that he was able to link together, and by testing, he was able to transmit the radio wave. He used parts from old record players and tape recorders that he collected from the community and the top of a tree with a stick with a wire was the antenna of the beginnings of the Maleku Cultural Radio.
