In 1952 he was promoted to manager of Rádio Clube, in 1953 he went to the city of Regente Feijó to manage the station in that city that was in deficit and owned by Deputy Miguel Leuzzi, resolving the problems of the station in Regente Feijó, Mr. Belmiro Borini returned to the management of Rádio Clube de Osvaldo Cruz, and in 1964 he bought the station in partnership with Mr. Nelson Rodrigues, who sold his shares to Belmiro Borini in 1976, became the majority owner of the station. The Broadcaster was an important milestone in the history of the city of Osvaldo Cruz, then with 11 years of political-administrative emancipation. Since then, Rádio Clube has always been the audience leader in Alta Paulista, which earned it the title of “The most popular broadcaster in Alta Paulista”. In 1984, journalist Belmiro Borini obtained permission from the Ministry of Communications to explore sound radio broadcasting services in modulated frequency (FM). by Osvaldo Cruz Ltda.
