SOCIEDADE RADIO CLUBE DE OSVALDO CRUZ LTDA. It was born on the initiative of Manoel Ferreira Moysés and Synésio Bolgheroni Silva. On December 31, 1950, the constitutive act of Sociedade Rádio Club de Osvaldo Cruz Limitada was published in the Official Gazette and later the company's articles of incorporation were drawn up at the notary Everardo Martins de Vasconcelos in the city and district of Lucélia, State of São Paulo. In November 1951, Osvaldo Cruz received permission from a radio-transmitting station, it was initially managed by State Deputy Miguel Leuzzi and his son-in-law Radamés Launch and on December 9, 1951, the RÁDIO CLUBE was officially inaugurated, with a party at the cinema san jose.. Rádio Clube AM was part of the Piratininga de Rádios network, prefix ZYR-52 on the frequency 1,390 and had 100 W of power, and the first studios were installed on Rua Bolivia, moved to Av. Pres. Roosevelt, 510. In 1958 it moved to Rua Rodolfo Zaros. 430 and in 1985 to Rua Itapura, 06 – Jardim América. In 1948 Mr. Belmiro Borini who owned a newspaper in the city of Mirandópolis came to the city of Osvaldo Cruz where he set up a loudspeaker service, in 1951 he was hired to be an announcer and advertising salesman for the station that would be inaugurated. In 1952 he was promoted to manager of Rádio Clube, in 1953 he went to the city of Regente Feijó to manage the station in that city that was in deficit and owned by Deputy Miguel Leuzzi, resolving the problems of the station in Regente Feijó, Mr. Belmiro Borini returned to the management of Rádio Clube de Osvaldo Cruz, and in 1964 he bought the station in partnership with Mr. Nelson Rodrigues, who sold his shares to Belmiro Borini in 1976, became the majority owner of the station. The Broadcaster was an important milestone in the history of the city of Osvaldo Cruz, then with 11 years of political-administrative emancipation. Since then, Rádio Clube has always been the audience leader in Alta Paulista, which earned it the title of “The most popular broadcaster in Alta Paulista”. In 1984, journalist Belmiro Borini obtained permission from the Ministry of Communications to explore sound radio broadcasting services in modulated frequency (FM). by Osvaldo Cruz Ltda. Since its founding in 1951 until today, Clube AM and California FM (1985) have always been with the population in their daily lives, covering political, economic and social facts. Today the station is owned by Messrs. Álvaro Luis Borini,Antônio Carlos Vieira Borini, and is managed by ALVARO LUIS BORINI.
