Rádio Castelo Branco is one of the oldest radio stations in the region. With 30 years of existence, it inherits the history, the experience of Rádio Beira Interior, which was founded in 1987, still as a pirate radio. Today it is owned by the company RACAB – Rádio Castelo Branco, Lda, based in Castelo Branco. Rádio Castelo Branco is a local radio of a regional nature and assumes itself as a generalist radio, where information, sports and live programs (whether in the studio or abroad - as with live broadcasts from the parishes and county seats in the region) are a brand image.
