Rádio Cacique de Santos was founded on March 23, 1952. Rádio Cacique appeared with the prefix ZYR-55 and today has the prefix ZYK-654. It was launched with 100 watts of power and currently has 10 kilowatts, new studios equipped with state-of-the-art digital devices, reaching 27 municipalities, which totals an average of 25,000 listeners per minute. It also registers a large audience through the digital system via the internet.
