The community radio run by Kapilbastu Communication Cooperative Society is the second community radio of Kapilbastu which started its test broadcast on 27th May 2066 from 7 pm with the slogan of Baddhaabaz Shanti and Development. Ninety-nine points of this radio frequency modulation operated by Kapilbastu Communication Cooperative Society with 500 watts capacity at 6 MHz can be heard in Kapilbastu district along with 14 districts and through www.Buddhaawaaz.com on the Internet all over the world. The radio is broadcasting from the radio station studio in Kapilbastu's Gajehda Ga BS Bard No. 1 Buddha Path, Gajehda.
