Radio Askøy had its first broadcast on 2 May 1997 and has both an office and a studio in Torvgarden on Øvre Kleppe. We broadcast Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 20.00 with programs for adults and those who have lived for a while. If you have moved out of Askøyværing, you can still listen to our broadcasts via the Internet. If you are interested in how the politicians govern our beautiful island, you can listen to the broadcast from the municipal council meeting on the internet radio. The broadcasts start at 17.00 and the meeting starts at 17.10..usually Radiobingo is our biggest source of income and every Friday at 21.00 the start signal for radio bingo goes.
