Discover Radio Arc en Ciel, the radio in color! The radio of all communities: listen online or on 96.2 FM.. RADIO ARC EN CIEL is a community associative radio which celebrated its 30th anniversary in November 2015. Originally Portuguese, ARC EN CIEL was created in November 1985 in Orleans at 131 rue de la gare and occupies the fm band on 96.4 MHz . It was born with the help of the Portuguese consul at the time, Mr. Antonio Aire and about thirty Portuguese nationals who advanced 2,000 francs for the purchase of technical equipment.
