The most heard in the city On May 1, 2000, the most listened to radio station in the city, Rádio Alternativa FM, went on the air in São Lourenço. But its history began long before that. At the end of the 1970s, Acyr Dutra ran the extinct São Lourenço AM radio station and wanted an FM radio concession. After a few years, his sons fulfilled their father's dream and got the concession. Thus, Rádio Alternativa was born. With a very diversified programming, Rádio Alternativa gave voice to the population through the Plantão da Cidade Program and the audience leader, Boca no Trombone. City Planton is an interview program that brings, from Monday to Friday, information to the population on various subjects such as politics, health, education, public utility, among others. And Boca no Trombone airs every Thursday, in which the population speaks, through the telephone people call and make their complaints, compliments, criticisms on various subjects.
