"Punto radio mdq" is an alternative communication project, which was born in 2009. The site chosen is the Rivadavia neighborhood of the city, a place where all of us who make the programs and write on the page belong. It is a completely self-financed, self-managed and horizontal space that invites the participation of all the inhabitants of any neighborhood in the city who want to communicate.
