First Franco-Russian radio! Electro Dance Music and News! 1st Electronic Dance Music Radio on the French Riviera!. In September 2009, the CSA gave its agreement to the sale of the capital of the company Nice Music, publisher of the Nice Radio station in Nice, to the company AW Radio5. The latter is a subsidiary of Arthur World Participation Group, a holding company belonging to the animator Arthur. He becomes a corporate officer of Nice Music, alongside Emmanuel Rials, the general manager of OÜI FM5 radio. The CSA however refused the request which had been made for syndication of programs between Nice Radio and Ouï FM5. The sale therefore failed.
