Marina FM is a name derived mainly from the Marina Mall due to the location of the radio station located in the heart of the aforementioned complex. The Marina Mall is currently considered one of the most important commercial and entertainment centers in the State of Kuwait. And although the word "Marina" is not an Arabic word, it has become one of the slang words of daily use at the local level.
