“The Voice of the Voiceless” was conceived by the pianist and today the permanent representative of the Argentine Republic to UNESCO, Amb. Miguel Angel Estrella and is carried out within the scope of the Directorate of Cultural Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship of the Argentine Republic. "The Voice of the Voiceless" seeks to promote and preserve the expressions of music, "rituals" and dance that make up the cultural heritage of Latin America, giving voice to its artistic-musical identity.
