This radio project was born from the creation of the Monseñor Ramón Arcila Cali school, today MONSEÑOR RAMÓN ARCILA CALI EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION. In its beginnings it was to create an FM community radio station for eastern Cali and all the neighboring towns of the city. The project failed due to lack of institutional support, today it is a reality and our young students and graduates present something different to the world.
