Karc FM is a Hungarian radio station. Community radio, which means that it deals with matters of public life and politics in such a way that it expresses what it has to say in an understandable way. Its slogan: "What leaves a mark". Launched on February 15, 2016. Its leader is Ottó Gajdics. Its editorial office is located in Lurdy Ház in Budapest. On September 11, 2016, right-wing media entrepreneur Gábor Liszkay bought the Karc FM radio station from Hang-Adás Kft., owned by Andrea Kriczki.
Its main profile is talk shows and discussion programs, but it also broadcasts thematic music programs. In addition to phone-in political opinion programs (Paláver), Csaba Belénessy's historical program Farkasverem, as well as Ferenc Bizse's musical and cultural programs (SztárKarcok, FolKarc, Hangadó) can be heard on this channel. Anita Kovács produces a significant part of the business programs, but Zoltán István Vass and Endre Papp also sit at the microphone on the radio. In the mornings, listeners are treated to a service magazine, in the afternoons, economics and politics, and in the evenings, music and culture play a leading role on Karc FM.
