Radio Iran is the most comprehensive national radio and sound of our country, which broadcasts on FM and AM waves and has listeners in the farthest parts of the country. Radio Iran is the oldest radio in the country, along with many radio networks, and some of its programs are half a century old. The most memorable radio programs have reached the ears of the Iranian people from Radio Iran, and the collective memory of the Iranian people is full of songs created by this magic box. Radio Iran has tried to move along with the developments of the society and offer its new programs to the audience along with the old programs and also pay the old programs with the modern structure and form. In 2014, a new slogan was chosen for Radio Iran, a slogan that relies on two main elements: firstly, being Iranian and secondly, listening to the radio.
