The second program of Croatian Radio offers listeners a casual all-day entertaining mosaic content. It differs from commercial stations in that it deals with the entire spectrum of public topics in its own way and responds to all public needs. The programming concept of the second program follows the listener's daily rhythm: announcements of daily events, useful information and dynamic music are interwoven in the morning and afternoon. The priority is national information content, service information about weather and traffic (regular and extraordinary reports of the Croatian Auto Club on the state of the roads are broadcast throughout the day), information about the functioning of public services, presentation of minority topics (gender, national and other minority groups) and associations, civil society activist. The regional stations of the Croatian Radio present their specialties and interesting information of wider public interest to the whole of Croatia on this program.
