Horizonte Bs.as

The station began its transmissions on September 1, 1983 under the name of Radio El Mundo FM, owned by the AM radio station of the same name. On August 14, 1986, the station was relaunched as FM Horizonte, dedicated mainly to music programming, broadcasting for 15 years under that name. In 1993, Amalia Lacroze de Fortabat acquired a shareholding in Horizonte and Radio El Mundo. In 1999, El Mundo and Horizonte were sold to a company made up of Constancio Vigil Jr., Gustavo Yankelevich and Víctor González.
