Encuentro Radio .Radio for popular communication is an original sound idea created by the: Popular Center for Latin America of Communication, CEPALC, which since 1979 has been working to promote the democratization of communications, with social organizations and grassroots groups, through the Encuentro magazine and the training programs that are carried out in Colombia, Latin America and in other parts of the world from Bogotá Colombia. Our programming is inclusive of all voices, promotes peace, tolerance, human rights with a gender and childhood approach. We create content from diversity to build a more equitable and intolerant world towards injustice.
