The Oriental Broadcasting Center is affiliated to Shanghai Radio and Television Station and Shanghai Cultural Broadcasting Group Co., Ltd. (SMG). It is another measure taken by SMG to implement the spirit of the Central Committee and the Municipal Party Committee on deepening the reform of the cultural system, and to further deepen the overall reform of culture and broadcasting.
