Canwarn Quebec is a cooperative program between The Meteorological Service of Canada and the Amateur Radio community of Quebec. Its goal is to provide a severe weather observation service that extends the reach of the Meteorological Service of Canada by adding a network of volunteer observers and communicators to the tools already in place and thus relay more quickly reports of the occurrence of phenomena. severe weather and, in doing so, possibly saving lives.
