City Rádió is the most listened to local commercial radio in Szatmár County. The radio station, established with Romanian capital, began broadcasting on May 7, 2005 in Szatmárnémeti on the 106.4 FM frequency. City Radio is the first station in the region that broadcasts its programs in Hungarian 24 hours a day.
