Cidade FM is a Portuguese radio station that essentially broadcasts top national and international music. The focus of this broadcaster is, above all, on younger audiences. It is the radio most listened to by young people from 18 to 24 years old. Until 1999 it was called Rádio Cidade, when it was bought by the Media Capital group (a group that also includes Rádio Comercial, M80, Smooth FM, Vodafone FM and Rádio Cotonete), and until 2009 the Rádio Cidade logo was the Star of Sun with Sunglasses, with its own advertisement made in 2002 on the Marginal de Lisboa that can be found on Youtube, a video platform. As of 2009, it was renamed Cidade FM, a name it kept until June 25, 2014, when it changed to just Cidade. On June 9, 2018, it was renamed Cidade FM
