CHLY FM provides, local and Canadian, Actors and musicians a broadcast platform on an alternative, commercial free campus/ communityradio station;. CHLY 101.7 FM is operated by the Radio Malaspina Society. The Radio Malaspina Society (RMS) is a non-profit society and is made up of all students of Vancouver Island University (Malaspina Campus) and over 400 members of the community.
