We see ourselves as a training radio station that enables everyone to take their first steps in journalism as part of an internship. We don't just limit ourselves to theory, we also focus on practice. Right from the start you can step in front of the microphone and help shape programs. In addition to our own training, we also work with professionals from the Landesanstalt für Medien in Düsseldorf or bring moderators from the big radio stations in the area to the studio, who ensure our fine-tuning.
