"Arta FM" is a media project (radio, website and publications) of the projects of the Syrian Center for Communication and Cooperation in the Kurdish Regions (SCCCK). Arta FM broadcasts and publishes media materials in three languages: Kurdish, Arabic and Syriac. The Syrian Center for Communication and Cooperation in the Kurdish Regions, a civil non-profit organization; (NGO) is based in the Kingdom of Sweden, and was founded by a group of Syrian activists and experts, inside and outside Syria, on February 24, 2013. SCCCK is concerned with supporting diversity, and considers it a form of shared social wealth and richness for the people of Syrian society in general, and the components of the Kurdish regions in Al-Hasakah Governorate, and the regions of Afrin and Kobani in particular. Therefore, the center seeks, through media projects (radio stations and websites), publications, holding lectures, seminars, and training courses in the field of human development..., to support national and religious diversity in the Kurdish regions and the rest of the Syrian regions. And by supporting joint activities between the Kurds, Arabs, and Christians in these areas, and strengthening and strengthening the rules and principles of dialogue between these components, the center aims to create a common life based on peace, mutual respect, and the search for common denominators, in order to overcome and eliminate points of disagreement, if they exist, between these components. the components. The center believes that achieving this is the solid ground that guarantees the existence of a free and democratic civil society in the Kurdish regions, within a unified democratic Syria. The center considers that acknowledging diversity is the way to social enrichment, which paves the way for social justice in the period of transformation and change that Syria is witnessing.
