Egypt has a rich history in classical music, with a long tradition of producing some of the finest classical musicians in the Arab world. The classical music scene in Egypt is centered around the Cairo Opera House, which hosts regular concerts and performances by the country's top classical musicians. Some of the most popular classical music artists in Egypt include singers like Amira Selim, Fatma Said, and Mona Rafla, as well as instrumentalists like Hisham Gabr (piano), Amr Selim (violin), and Mohamed Abdel-Wahab (oud).

In addition to the Cairo Opera House, there are several other venues in Egypt where classical music performances can be enjoyed. The Bibliotheca Alexandrina in Alexandria, for example, is another important cultural center that hosts regular classical music concerts and events.

There are also several radio stations in Egypt that feature classical music programming. Nile FM 104.2 is one such station, which plays a mix of classical, opera, and film scores. Additionally, Nile Radio Productions, which operates several radio stations in Egypt, has a dedicated classical music station called Nile FM Classics that plays a wide range of classical music from different eras and regions of the world.
